Indian equity markets are expected to open on a strong note today (September 10) as global cues remain upbeat. Gift Nifty was trading at 25,002, about 52 points higher than Nifty futures’ previous close, signaling a positive start.
On Tuesday, benchmarks ended in the green with the Sensex rising 314 points to 81,101.32 and the Nifty 50 gaining 95 points to close at 24,868.60, supported mainly by IT stocks.
